We don’t force our late risers to make it to an early breakfast. We don’t ask for participation in activities for those who prefer to be alone. If you don’t like the okra we are serving for lunch, you can choose broccoli or spinach or something that is more fitting for you.
There is no need to cook while staying with us, we do all of that for you. Delicious, freshly cooked meals will be prepared for you daily.

We wash, dry and fold! Who has time for laundry when there’s birds to be watched and cards to be played?
Our maintenance staff takes care of any issues that may arise in your apartment.
We offer health and medication monitoring to increase the likelihood that your medications are taken as prescribed, and your medical needs are taken care of!
